Abstract
Objective: The presence of mucin MG2 is very important because it can lead to the attachment of bacteria to mucosal tissue cavity mulut. In caries prevention has been a lot of effort has been done. There are various efforts that have been done to prevent effectively the identification of mutans streptococci serotypes and the correlation between the levels of salivary mu-cin MG2 and deft value in children who like to drink milk botol. There are many tools used to predict caries. The tool leads to bacteria and saliva circumstances.

Methods: To detect bacterial colony detection S.mutans way, using the strip mutans caries, can know the number of colonies S.mutans in the mouth. Moreover, it can be used cariostat bacterial. The condition can be seen by using a saliva check buffer. In this research an attempt is developing predictive indicators of caries in children by using antibody monoclonal an-ti-mucin MG2.

Results: The results of this analysis can show linear correlation between mucin against deft is 0.664, which means a positive linear correlation.

Conclusion: This means that any increase in mucin can increase the value of deft. And we found a formula that can assumed the value of deft based on the level of mucin MG2, each rising 0.02 level mucin MG2, can increase at least 1 deft.
